On June 25, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held a meeting with Radosław Sikorski, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, on the sidelines of the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference in Gdansk. During the talks, the sides assessed the current state of Azerbaijan–Poland relations positively, noting that the active political dialogue has significantly contributed to the expansion of bilateral cooperation. It was emphasized that mutual high-level visits and political consultations play an important role in strengthening trust between the two countries.

Bayramov and Sikorski also reviewed the progress on several draft agreements between Azerbaijan and Poland. The discussions further focused on prospects for expanding economic ties, with particular attention given to increasing trade turnover and encouraging investment cooperation. The ministers also exchanged views on regional developments in the post-conflict period, peace-building processes, European security, energy stability, and connectivity, as well as other issues of mutual interest.

On the same day, Elnur Mammadov, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Magdalena Grono, the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia.
